Cancellation Policy / Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

For voucher purchases, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the voucher contract is concluded, provided that the voucher has not yet been redeemed.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

This applies in particular to shirts or sleeve designs that are individually configured by you in the Shirt Generator and produced according to your selected design, size, fit, motif, layout, icons or other personal choices.

Once you have redeemed your voucher and submitted your individual shirt configuration, the resulting personalized product is excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defects.

5. Voluntary Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we may offer a voluntary money-back guarantee for certain voucher campaigns.

For example, if a campaign states that the Shirt Generator will only be unlocked after a certain number of voucher sales, we may refund voucher purchases if the stated campaign target is not reached by the announced deadline.

The exact conditions of such a voluntary guarantee will be stated on the relevant product or campaign page.

This voluntary guarantee does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.
